Charlie's going to Vietnam! Traveling around the planet to a whole different world.
Hang is an amazing woman, easily the single greatest woman I’ve ever met, aside from my mother. Her greatness isn’t just her looks either (like many guys will first mention above all else), but more about her overall presence, and the effect it has on me.
When she is around me, the world just looks different. I feel inspired, confident, calm, excited, important, strong, intelligent, handy, and most importantly I feel loved. That doesn’t mean that when she’s not with me I don’t feel any of those things. I like myself enough to get by, but I will miss what she does to me. It’s like an addiction that cannot go unattended to for too long. However, unlike most addictions, this one is good for me, and I have no intention of quitting.

Needless to say, I’m in love with her. I’ve been convinced (by myself) that she is a person I do not want to live my life without being around me. She has become a symbol of what I would describe as Beautiful. My mission this year is to visit her home country of Vietnam, and see her family in Ho Chi Minh City. It’s an extremely long flight (about 25 hours total), however that doesn’t bother me at all. The only part that has become an issue is the amount of money that is required to go. It’s roughly $1500 for a plane ticket to Vietnam, and I’ll likely need another $400-$500 for stay there for a month, before returning home. On top of that, during that month, I’ll spend $420 on payments made for things back in the United States. So, before going, I’ll need no less than $2500 in the bank.
As you probably guessed, this is NOT going to be easy, and needless to say I’m rather low as of the moment, and although I still have time to save, the amount of money I can save per month and still get by isn’t high enough. If anybody reading this would like to help make this dream possible for me, you would have the most heartfelt thanks imaginable from me. Any amount, even a couple dollars, would help aid me in making my journey to visit Vietnam a reality. It’s totally understandable if you can not, or will not, and there will never be any hard feelings (especially since there is no way for me to know if you’ve seen this page or not!) I will continue to work hard to meet my goal, and if you decide you’d like to help, you can be sure I’ll do whatever I can to return the favor to you one day as well.
