<![CDATA[Our fun in the sun on Vinpearl Island and Nha Trang has ended, and we're back now in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. My family has been set up with a four day stay in the five-star Windsor Plaza Hotel, which is a rather exceptional place as you can tell by the image above (which is only the fourth floor lobby). On the agenda next are several tasks that lead up to the wedding, which is Saturday. The first thing that needs done involves checking on my mom's Ao Dai (pronounced "ow-y-eye") to make sure that it fits. Then, I'm being fitted for a tux here, and getting shoes (which apparently don't come with the tux here). The last things my family is doing is just a bit of sight-seeing, and walking around the city. It's important that they get a good feel for what the city is like by getting right into it; walking around the streets. Prepare for culture shock! 🙂 [charliead]]]>
