<![CDATA[I've seen a lot of crazy stuff here in Vietnam so far when it comes to scooters, but this is easily the craziest scooter load I've ever seen. I mean, I've seen over 3 dozen live chickens being hauled in a few cages, and I've seen large green sacks packed with handmade items stacking over 5 feet high being hauled by a single guy, which had to hold it all on with one hand while driving in the crazy traffic with the other. I’ve even seen an entire family of 5 packed on a single scooter before as well. This load here though… tops them all. While driving to the airport to catch our flight back to Ho Chi Minh City, I witnessed this massive display of talent in Hanoi last night. Two men, riding a single scooter, was hauling this massive cargo down the busy night streets of Hanoi. There are likely over 100 boxes being dragged behind this bike, and I have no idea what’s inside them, or how heavy they are. I do know that, when showing the footage to actual Vietnamese people, even they were impressed by this talent. Clearly this is a sight not often seen even by those who’ve grown up here. [charliead]]]>
