What is the mod that gives you the flight path indicators when viewing outside the ship? Those look like they would be very handy for docking and a few other things.
I typically pick a culture: greek, roman, norse, etc. and then have things based on mythology and history of that region for naming my crafts.

you can see the bottom of that fairing getting red hot while flying. maybe the friction in that pocket is causing too much heat.
I know this video is a year old, but I have to say, you nailed it on the head when explaining why you revert flights. My words exactly are: Space agencies run sims, do calculations, test every little thing and as a result, Human's space mishaps are very few and far between. Me reverting a flight is just an equivalency to that, it's my version of having done it a 1000 times in a sim (ironic, though it is).
Over a year ago, but it looks like it is falling off as soon as you hit mach 1. I wouldn't be surprised if you were also hitting max Q at the time. Possible remedy: Wait until higher in the atmosphere (after Q starts decreasing) before hitting mach 1.
