Short Film Of The Week: We've All Been There by Truce Films

<![CDATA[This is a regular segment on my blog, where I share my favorite short films from around the web. These will most likely all come from Vimeo, but occasionally I see a bit of artistic flare on YouTube that sparks my eye. It doesn't matter when the film was released, because it's all about new discovery for me, and not necessarily for the world. All videos in this category add something to the creative flow, and are shared in hopes that it sparks creativity and imagination in my friends and colleagues. This week, my pick is a short film by Truce Films, titled "We've All Been There." Burdened with needing to raise $800 or face eviction from her home, an 8-month pregnant Jess continues to work at the local diner. When an old lady arrives for a late night supper, a connection is made that will impact the two in ways they both could never have imagined. It's a story about good deeds and humanity, and that's why I love it. [charliead]]]>
