Short Film Of The Week: Top Floor by Autumn Films

<![CDATA[This is a regular segment on my blog, where I share my favorite short films from around the web. These will most likely all come from Vimeo, but occasionally I see a bit of artistic flare on YouTube that sparks my eye. It doesn't matter when the film was released, because it's all about new discovery for me, and not necessarily for the world. All videos in this category add something to the creative flow, and are shared in hopes that it sparks creativity and imagination in my friends and colleagues. This week, my pick is a short film by Autumn Films LTd., titled "Top Floor." When a high powered hedge fund manager finds out that his biggest investor may be pulling out of the fund, his world begins to collapse on him, as he juggles fatherhood, his ex-wife, and one very big secret. It's a very strong short film following a struggling character, and I actually don't see any reason why it couldn't be made into a feature later. [charliead]]]>
