My favourite mods (aside from what you mentioned) are SkyUI, Beautiful Riftin/Whiterun, Inconsequential NPC's, travelers of Skyrim, Expanded towns and Cities, Corners of Skyrim to name the top few… Also A Matter of Time which shows the time of day in the UI
I feel like this Democracy series will both be fun and chaotic at the same time
