RULES (all must be followed)
1) NO Mutators, and No Mods. Totally Vanilla Experience
2) NO Land expansions. Your prison must only consist of the default map size (you may choose small, medium, or large)
3) MUST BE PROFITABLE without constant intake. If your prison has negative cashflow, it will not be entered. Make sure your prison can sit still for a couple days and still be in the green. I’ll be checking it before starting.
