You have a servo on the wall one of psychiatric.
The frame rate is probably because too many copies, you still had the copy for the cell, last time occurred when you start to build to many things with copy too.
You should create a yard for the crazy people.
I believe because the programs are shared (the room restriction limite this). The crazy people are not taking psychiatric consultation.
In my experience is better have programs locked for time and room (blue boll on the top right of the card on the programs schedule) so you don't stack programs at the same time, the game always put programs from start of the day in order, and every time you reschedule they put not locked programs at the same time, but my prison have sector with classes for each type of prisoners separated.

Crazies is fine. Anyone with a problem with it doesn't have a sense of humour with a harmless game. You're referring to game characters FFS. They arent real.
Not sure if you saw it but in your staff room you have a tile not set as part of the staff room down by the large tv.

I love it… you inadvertently copy/paste a servo in the middle of your wall. You later find it, but don't remove, instead add power to it. Good day!

the programs will only be attended during work or free time unless other wise determined in the programs instructions, When you mouse over it, each program tells you everything you need to know. Also in other news (reschedule programs) button moves programs to where they can be attended most
The reason the mail room may not be working is I think prisoners can/are supposed to work in it, like the shop, how the staff don’t manage it the prisoners do.
Another one! awesome video. I thin you should nip that corner of the far right psych office. that way it a two wide walk way and it not a squarish room.I still am going to need a triple S Combo potty in at least one cell. LOL
