Your prisoners don't need to have multiple meals per day. You can increase the amount of food to high and just designate one eat time per security level. There is no reason for your schedule to be that complicated.

They should add a higher tier of guards like maybe a lieutenant who handles the serious task and maybe can fight better than regular guards. Idk what do you guys think they should add.?
