Discord and Twitch Ban Appeals Form
I always strive to involve a diverse range of people of all ages and interests in our community and our live show. Throughout the years, I’ve met hundreds of people from all over the world, and it’s been one of the highlights of my life growing this channel. However, every now and then, a situation arises where we potentially encounter an individual, or a situation for various reasons, that doesn’t mesh with the culture we’d like to cultivate in our community, whether it be on videos, live streams, or within our Discord server. The invite to our server takes every person directly to the rules we expect them to honor, and the Twitch channel contains clearly displayed rules as well, of which everyone who chats must also acknowledge before typing. I’d love to have as many people as possible watching, chatting, and having a great time in my channels, but that doesn’t mean I’ll tolerate anything, and neither will mods.
If you have been banned from one of these places, it means one of the people I trust to uphold the values I have for our community has decided you aren’t cooperating, or that you do not share an interest in being a genuine member of what we desire to have our community like. Perhaps this is a misunderstanding. Perhaps you wish to make a case to share with us your side of the story, and would like a chance to demonstrate to us that you want another chance. If that’s the case, please fill out the form below, and we’ll review your case.
There are no guarantees here. Keep yourself on topic, relatable, and as professional as possible. Remember that we keep logs of EVERYTHING said in our channels (including edits made to messages, and deleted messages) for occasions just like this.
Discord Rules, in case you missed them

1) Be respectful to others. Being drunk is not an excuse for being stupid. Common-sense matters. Just because it isn’t explicitly written here, doesn’t mean it doesn’t break the rules.
2) Please utilize the text and voice channels as they are described and keep things on topic.
3) Don’t spam. Intentionally spamming gets you kicked or muted. Whether or not you are spamming is subject to interpretation of the moderator team. I will side with their judgement.
4) Please do NOT use this as a venue for asking me when new videos will be released. I release stuff as fast as my schedule allows.
5) In voice channels, please be courteous and do not hog the mic, scream, play background music, other annoying things. You’ll be silenced.
6) Please no backseat gaming (we get enough of it on YouTube comments), and don’t throw out spoilers to current things I or another person is working on.
7) Feel free to use pictures in the chats, but nothing too crude, and nothing X rated. Insta-ban for anyone posting pornography, etc.
8) Discord invites anywhere but #selfpromotions are restricted, if you wish to post one somewhere please check with a guard or admin
9) Please respect the @Admins and @Guards here. They are good people who sincerely want this environment to be awesome too. If they’re advising you to change your behavior, it’s the same as me doing it. Please listen.
10) Some language will be deleted. I like the idea of maintaining a PG-13 community environment. Find a way to say it another way, if the bot kills your message.
