In regard to the fluorescent fixture, Batteries Plus has ballast bypass LED tubes for like $10- per tube. Remove the ballast and rewire to the tombstones, then put the tubes in. Fairly easy to do.
you should cut the entrance off with a door. maybe recessed potlights (led), roxul insulation can deaden sound if doing a wall or redoing the walls.yes a bit more than the pink but totally worth it. Maybe behind ya a peel and stick giant kerbal…

Quick tip for future vlogs: try to not move the camera too much, rather stand infront of some things you want to show with the back to it and point on it with your finger (I think your camera has a display of what you record so that shouldnt be too difficult) that way it feels way smoother 🙂

Trying to record games and supporting a family at the same time, a conundrum well known to me. I think you still manage pretty well all things considered. Good idea to move office, though, that will improve things considerably! Also, RIP beard 😉
