Those bandits that have noting have reserch points, it just dosen’t show it
damn, should have gone with exploration/frontier outposts as that allows specialists to drop off their stuff without having to come all the way back to colony. Sometimes that saves 2-3 turns before you get the goodies you desperately want / need without having to wait for it. Also those bandits that show nothing are hiding what they have until you defeat them. Add another person to trade center will give you 2 trade routes, atm you only have 1 so only 1 route. FYI, the concrete extractors get placed over the big concrete places once they have been all used up, quit building all those 2 story houses, build tenements so you quit the baby-boom, as the houses are whats creating it, they house same amount of people & are alot cheaper in resources to build.
